Hello to all of you who belong in Vestland, or are visiting the area.
I am holding Salmon Sunday on 29 May from 1200 to 1600.
The location will be Jonahålo by the shooting range in Ytre Arna.
Driving details. From Åsane towards Arna. After the first tunnel, take the first turn on the left.
Parking outside the barrier.
We walk around the lake, approximately 5 minutes, to the other side of the water.
There is decent space here and usually little wind.
This will be an informal gathering where we focus on salmon fishing now that the salmon season is just around the corner. We go through the equipment and check that everything is OK. We practise different casts and fine-tune casting form so you are better prepared for the season.
A thermos of coffee and a fishing chat belong at such gatherings.
And if anyone would like to try our rods, lines and more, this will be available on the day. Also our new N2 rods.
