Summer fishing for salmon on River Dee in Scotland has improved nicely over recent seasons. We visited River Dee this summer and it was very pleasant. A big contrast to our earlier trips in March and April. It was simply lovely to fish light with long fishing days and warm evenings. Plenty of fish in the river and good catches. Absolutely brilliant.
Based on good experiences this year on Dee, as well as the very poor and uncertain salmon season back home in Norway, we have set up 3 fine fishing weeks in June/July for River Dee. This is a brilliant opportunity to experience exciting fishing in historic surroundings.
